SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping policy is simple. FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. and flat rate $20 for the rest of the world.

Import duties, fees, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

RETURN POLICY:

We are confident you will be very happy with your purchase. But, If for some reason, there’s an problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order to be considered for exchanges, returns, or refunds. We want this to be a good experience for you and will work with you to correct any issues.

Exceptions:

• Please note that Vintage Find pieces are sold as is and non-refundable.
• Wholesale and custom orders are final and non-refundable.

For Refunds:
The item returned must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will send you an email notification upon receipt of the returned item. If conditions are met, we will issue a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.

For Exchanges:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item being exchanged and we will pay the cost of reshipping the new item to buyer.
